We got in a game of Check Your 6! Tuesday night, with a fun twist: attacking a Carrier Battlegroup. Historical purists will probably not approve, but, hey, it was fun. The game had started last week, I subbed in for one of the guys who couldn’t make it this seek.
After five turns the Japanese fighters and bombers were engaged in an extremely deadly dogfight:
Three more turns and McG was able to bring an entire squadron of dive bombers and Kamikazes up to the stern of the closest carrier:
My planes all got shot down… but it was still so much fun that I completely failed to get any more pics! I’ll try to do better next time.
